When I first started homeschooling my whole life revolved around keeping up to speed with the workload that came through the door (and it was immense), luckily for me though I had another homeschooling off-grid mother doing the same curriculum through the same school as I was and encouraged me to talk to them and let them know what my life entailed.

Coffs Harbour is one of my favorite places to check out and although we don’t get there a lot when we do we make sure that we embrace and absorb the whole experience that the Coffs Coast has to offer.

Camping in NSW is such an amazing activity to take the kids on and along the Pacific Coast of NSW are some of the best Off-Grid camping spots that we have experienced recently.
