As I continue on this journey of exploration and self-discovery, I am filled with gratitude for the wisdom of White Tiger Qigong and the profound impact it has had on my life and my teaching. Through its gentle guidance, I have gained a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and the innate intelligence of the body to heal itself.
